Q. When do you schedule your events?
| A. Until we win the lottery, we do our events seven days a week all year round. |
Q. What times can I schedule my event?
A. Saturdays and Sundays we schedule from 12-2, 3-5, 6-8pm. If you need a different time, just let us know. :) Weekdays – whatever time you need for your event. |
Q. I am an apartment manager, how can I best promote my event?
| Glad you asked! We have a free flyer you can download, edit, and print out. Send it out electronically and/or post it on multiple sites on your property. PS, balloons help too! |
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Decide ahead of time that you will go indoors in case of heavy thunderstorms. Let your residents/clients know that with your flyer, they will show up indoors for free snowcones. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 HOURS PRIOR to your event in order to avoid a cancellation fee. (It’s OK to call at 7:30 am, I am up anyway !!!!) Q. Our event is super huge, will you be able to serve everyone?
| A. Yes, Yes, and Yes. This is called the "Grande" Package. We bring out the higher volume machine, along with two servers for two hours. You can add additional hours as you need. Pricing is on our Payment Page. Just give us a call! |
Q. About how many snowcones can you serve in two hours anyway?
| A. About 150 shaved ice cones, give or take, (it depends on how long people take to decide on their flavors, the rockin’ rainbow snow cones take just a bit longer, (for some reason people standing in line for free snow cones never mind waiting) |
Q. I want you to serve shaved ice for our four hour event, can you do it and how much?
| A. You bet your bippy! We can serve on-site shaved ice at your event for as many hours as you need us to! Just call and let us know your needs :) |
Q. We really really want shaved ice at our Summer Wedding / Special Event, Can we select special flavors and colors?
| A. Absolutely yes. We will order any flavors you want, and any a custom orders for an additional charge. Just call me to discuss! Sarah – 469-831-1313 |
